Come out, come out, whomever you are
Apparently, T.R. Knight, Ellen Degeneres, Rosie O’Donnell, Neil Patrick Harris and that kid from Who’s the Boss aren’t enough.
A national film and television organization is calling for more front-and-center celebs to come out of the closet. Out in Television & Film recently commissioned three public service announcements that urge closeted celebs to have the courage to come out. The spots - featuring comedienne Judy Gold, model Kim Stolz and Big Brother contestant Will Wikle - are set to air on the LOGO and here! networks, two gay cable stations.
Speaking of which, check out the new issue of Out magazine, which talks about entertainment's glass closet. The article virtually outs Jodie Foster and Anderson Cooper.
